Crawling '65

One of Engr. Onin's (sixty5bug) precious metal in his air-cooled garage. This 1965 Econo Beetle is painted Mojave Brown to look like a bug! Dropped Spindles gives the front end that lowered stance, while the rear was drooped three splines. A crawling bug indeed!

Power comes from a stock 1200 engine attached to a later bug high-speed tranny. Shave front fenders, no body moldings. A vintage VW radio adorns the dash of this humble crawler.
